Healthy Welsh Rarebit

Ingredients
  Butter 1⁄2 Ounce, softened (15 Gram)
  Single cream 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)
  Chopped chives/1 teaspoon dried chives 10 Milliliter, dried
  Whole grain mustard 5 Milliliter
  Horseradish 1⁄2 Teaspoon, creamed
  Ground black pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cheddar cheese 4 Ounce, grated (100 Gram)
  Bread slice 4
Directions

Mix together well the butter, cream, chives, mustard, horseradish and black pepper in a bowl.
When well blended, stir in the cheese and mix carefully with a wooden spoon to make sure that all the ingredients are evenly distributed.
Cut the bread into halves or quarters and toast under a grill on one side only.
Spread the untoasted sides with butter and then cover with the Welsh rarebit mixture.
Put under a hot grill and cook for 4-5 minutes until the cheese bubbles, forms a skin and turns golden brown.
Place on a serving dish and serve immediately.
