Ingredients
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cake flour 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 1 Pinch
  Cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
  Bi-carb 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Chocolate 1 Ounce
Directions

Dissolve sugar in sour cream.
Sift dry ingredi- ents together.
Combine with sugar and cream.
If chocolate is used, melt and add last.
Drop Ya-teaspoonsful onto greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350° F.

Bi carb is the shortened form of Sodium bicarbonate
