|Eggs||4 , hard-cooked|
|Whipping cream||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Dry mustard||2 Teaspoon|
|Dill||5 Tablespoon, chopped|
|Smoked salmon||4 Ounce|
Peel, core and slice the apple; dip in lemon juice.
Shell and slice the hard-cooked eggs.
Lightly whip the cream and mix with the mustard, mayonnaise and dill, if used.
Remove the crusts from the slices of toast and arrange the smoked salmon slices on each piece.
Top with an apple slice and slices of hard-cooked egg.
Finally, spoon over the mayonnaise mixture.
