Ingredients
  Dove 6
  Flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Butter stick 1
  Boiling water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Dry sherry 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Preheat the oven to 350 degree
MAKING
2) Begin by seasoning the dove with salt and pepper and dredging with flour
3) In a heavy iron skillet, melt the butter and add the dove, cooking it until brown
4) To this, add boiling water and sherry and cover the skillet
5) Slide it into the oven and bake it for about an hour
SERVING
6) Serve it hot
7) This serves 6
