|Butter||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Salted mixed nuts without peanuts||3 1⁄2 Cup (56 tbs)|
|Sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Melt butter in 10 x 15-inch baking pan.
Spread nuts on baking sheet.
Roast for 20 minutes or until light brown.
Beat egg whites in mixer bowl until stiff peaks form.
Fold in sugar, salt and nuts.
Spread in prepared baking pan.
Bake for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.
