Mince Pies

Ingredients
  Pastry 1 (For A Double-Crust Pie)
  Mincemeat 700 Gram (3 Cups)
  Sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
Roll out two-thirds of the pastry dough and line an 8-inch (20-cm) pie pan.
Spoon in the mincemeat.
Roll out the remaining dough and cover the pie.
Bake for 40 to 50 minutes.
Individual pies will take 20 to 25 minutes.
