Ingredients
  Dry yeast 1⁄4 Ounce (1 Envelope)
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs) (At 105 To 115 F)
  Flour 3 1⁄2 Cup (56 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Melted margarine/Butter 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Eggs 2 , slightly beaten
  Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
  Grated orange rind 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Frying oil 2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Deep Frying)
  Confectionery sugar 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Dissolve yeast in warm milk.
Mix flour, sugar and salt in large bowl.
Add yeast and margarine; mix well.
Add eggs, vanilla and orange rind; mix to form dough.
Let rise, loosely covered with plastic wrap and towel, in warm place for 1 hour or until doubled in bulk.
Toss lightly on floured surface until no longer sticky.
Shape into 30 balls.
Place on lightly floured tray.
Let rise, covered, for 20 minutes.
Fry in 3 to 4 inches hot oil in skillet for 1 minute on each side or until golden brown; drain.
Sprinkle with confectioners' sugar while warm.
