Simple Danish Pastry
|Flour||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Sour cream||1⁄2 Pint|
Put the flour and salt into a basin and cut the butter into the flour in fairly thin strips.
Add cream and mix all together thoroughly (with the hands is the best method).
Now place in greaseproof paper and leave in the 'fridge.
When required, cut as much as is needed from the dough.
Bake in a 450° F oven.
