Sugar Free Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

Ingredients
  Quick oats 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Whole wheat pastry flour 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Baking soda 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Raisins 2 Tablespoon
  Unsweetened frozen pineapple juice concentrate 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), thawed
  Unsweetened apple juice concentrate 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), thawed
  Vegetable oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Combine dry ingredients and raisins.
Stir in juice concentrates and oil.
Drop by teaspoons onto a lightly greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350° for 10 minutes.
