Irish Rice Pudding
|Milk||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Half and half/Cream||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)|
|Rice||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sugar||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Vanilla extract||1 Tablespoon|
|Cinnamon||1 Teaspoon (Or To Taste)|
|Nutmeg||1 Teaspoon (Or To Taste)|
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine milk, half and half, rice, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg in bowl; mix well.
Pour into baking dish.
Bake for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Reduce oven temperature to 300 degrees.
Bake for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
Do not stir during last 15 minutes of baking.
