|Cabbage||1 1⁄2 Pound, coarsely shredded|
|Sour cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Caraway seeds||1 Teaspoon|
Cook cabbage in boiling salted water to cover in saucepan for 8 to 10 minutes or until tender-crisp; drain.
Stir in sour cream, caraway seeds, 1 teaspoon salt and pepper.
Cook just until heated through, stirring constantly.
