Don't have eggs in your pantry and you wann make dutch doughnuts? Welcome to BakingMama collection of eggless recipes. This recipe of dutch doughnuts will guide you to prepare even more flavorful dutch doughnuts without eggs for you and your loved ones.
  Plain flour 8 Ounce
  Yeast 1⁄2 Ounce
  Warm milk 1⁄2 Pint
  Apple 1 , chopped
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Pinch
  Chopped candied peel 1 Ounce
  Raisins 2 Ounce
  Currants 2 Ounce
  Fat/Oil 1 Cup (16 tbs) (For deep frying)

Cream the yeast with a little milk.
Mix all dry ingredients and mix to a stiff dough with yeast, milk and lemon juice.
Knead well for at least 10 minutes.
Cover and leave to rise for 1 hour.
Have ready a pan of deep frying fat or oil.
Drop walnut size pieces of dough into hot fat and cook until light brown.
Drain and sprinkle with sugar
