Hungarian Noodles Or Kluse
|Flour||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Beat all the ingredients with a wooden spoon until the dough is soft, and bubbles form.
Make dough somewhat stiff.
Cut with a spoon into boiling salted water.
Let noodles boil until they rise to the top and boil for 5 minutes.
Drain and serve with chicken.
This recipe was made by my mother-in-law.
She used to cool the mixture and then fry them with a pound of side pork and onion, like fried potatoes.
She did this to serve a family of 15 at one time.
This recipe is about 50 years old.
It takes about 20 minutes to prepare.
