Rednecks Sweet Taters

Ingredients
  Sweet potatoes 3 Pound
  Golden delicious apples 3 Medium
Directions

Peel the sweet potatoes and cut crosswise in 1/4 inch slices.
Cut the apples in half, core and cut in 1/4 inch slices.
Heat oven to 400 degrees.
Have a 9 x 13 inch baking dish ready.
Layer potatoes and apples in baking dish.
Cover with foil and bake 1 hour until tender.
