Ingredients
  Mayonnaise 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Canned anchovy fillets 2 Ounce, drained and minced (1 Can)
  Capers 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), minced
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), peeled and crushed
  Finely grated lemon rind 1 Teaspoon
  Minced parsley 1 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients mentioned and blend well
2. Cover the bowl and chill in the refrigerator for a couple of hours

SERVING
3. This can be used as a dip for chilled raw vegetables
