|Hot strong coffee||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Brown sugar||2 Teaspoon|
|Irish whiskey||1 1⁄2 Ounce|
|Whipped cream||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Vanilla extract||To Taste|
Pour hot water into stemmed glass or glass mug.
Let stand until glass is warm; discard water.
Add a small amount of hot coffee to glass.
Let stand for several seconds.
Add coffee until glass is filled halfway.
Stir in brown sugar until dissolved.
Add whiskey; mix well.
Pour in remaining coffee.
Serve with whipped cream flavored with sugar and vanilla.
