Ingredients
  Whole wheat flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Rolled oats 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Baking soda 1 Teaspoon
  Buttermilk 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Vegetable oil 2 Tablespoon
  Honey 2 Teaspoon
Directions

Mix flour, oats, and baking soda.
In another bowl, mix remaining ingredients; then stir into dry ingredients until the combination is creamy smooth.
Spoon batter into muffin tins and bake in preheated oven at 300-.
325 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
The oatcakes will be golden brown with a top nicely textured from the rolled oats.
