Chicken Kiev Appetizers

Ingredients
  Chicken breasts 2 , boned, skinned, and cut lengthwise
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Parsley 2 Tablespoon, chopped
  Onion salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Butter/Margarine 1 Tablespoon, melted
  Paprika To Taste
  Seasoned salt To Taste
Directions

Pound chicken until 1/4-inch thick.
Cut butter lengthwise into 4 sections.
Place 1 piece of butter at narrow end of each chicken breast.
Sprinkle with parsley and onion salt.
Fold over sides to cover butter.
Roll up in jelly-roll fashion starting at butter end.
Refrigerate for 1-1/2 hours.
Cut into bite-size pieces and secure with toothpicks.
Place in a baking dish.
Brush with melted butter.
Sprinkle with seasoned salt and paprika.
Cover with waxed paper.
Microwave on HIGH (100 percent power) for 3-4 minutes.
Allow to stand 3 minutes before serving.
Arrange on a platter with dates or' apple slices between each piece of appetizer before serving.
Set toothpicks in an attractive holder next to platter and it's ready for guests
