8 Ounce, cut lengthwise into 1-inch strips (1 Package)
1)In a large skillet, cook bacon until they turn transparent.
2)Drain on paper towels.
3)In the same skillet, saute onion in bacon drippings.
4)In a bowl, mix onion, eggs, salt, pepper and milk. Blend well.
5)Take a 1 ½ quart casserole and pour egg mixture into this.
6)Place cheese strips and bacon on top.
7)Bake for 40 minutes at 350 degrees F.
9)This versatile omelet can be eaten for breakfast or for lunch with rolls or toast.
