Hungarian Pork

Ingredients
  Green pepper 1
  Cocktail onions 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Mushrooms 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sweet dill pickles 2
  Paprika pepper 1 Tablespoon
  Pork tenderloin slices 4
  Oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Tomato ketchup 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Chopped parsley 2 Tablespoon (For Garnish)
Directions

Wash the pepper, seed and dice finely; chop the onions and slice the mushrooms; slice the pickles.
Rub the paprika into the pork.
Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the pork for 5 minutes on each side.
Remove, season with salt and keep hot.
Place the peppers, onion, mushrooms and pickles in the frying pan and cook for 5 minutes.
Add the ketchup and bring to the boil.
Arrange the pork on a serving dish, spoon over the vegetables and sauce.
Serve sprinkled with chopped parsley.
