Swiss Cube Steaks

Ingredients
  Cubed steak 1 1⁄2 Pound
  All purpose flour 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Fat 2 Tablespoon
  Tomato sauce 8 Ounce (1 Can)
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Worcestershire 1 Teaspoon
  Stalk celery 1 , sliced
  Onion 1 , chopped
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
Directions

Shake steaks in a plastic bag with flour, salt, and pepper until steaks are well coated.
Brown on both sides in hot fat.
Add remaining ingredients, cover, and simmer for 1 hour, or until meat is tender.
Makes 4 servings.
