Ingredients
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 Small, grated
  Sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Canned french cut green beans 32 Ounce, drained (Two 16 Ounce Each Cans)
  Swiss cheese 1 Tablespoon, grated
Directions

Preheat oven to 350°.
Grease casserole dish.
Melt butter and stir in flour, salt, pepper, sugar, and onion; gradually add sour cream.
Cook, stirring until thickened.
Mix in beans, put in casserole, and sprinkle with cheese.
Heat until cheese melts and browns slightly.
