|Glazed cherries||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Glazed nuts||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Vanilla extract||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Confectioners sugar||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
Put fruits, nuts, coconut, and orange rind through food chopper, using coarse blade.
Mix well and form into 1-inch balls.
Add salt and vanilla to egg whites; beat until stiff.
Add sugar gradually, beating well after each addition.
Dip fruit balls into meringue and place on greased cookie sheets.
Bake in preheated slow oven (300° F.) for about 35 minutes.
