Ingredients
  Sliced carrots 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Oil 4 Tablespoon
  Sliced onion 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
Directions

Heat oil in pan and glaze onions.
Add seasonings, and carrots and stir to coat all well with; oil.
Cover and simmer until tender, stirring often so as not to burn.
