|Flour||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Salt||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|White pepper||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
1. Take a deep mixing bowl, mix eggs, flour, pepper and ½ tsp salt well. Slowly add milk and beat well to a smooth batter. Keep aside for 15 minutes and stir.
2. Take a large pit, fill with water, place on medium heat and bring to a rolling boil. Dissolve rest of the salt.
3. Take a spaetzle maker or a colander with a large hole, hold above boiling water and add few tablespoonfuls batter through into water. Repeat the process for all the batter.
4. All spaetzle to boil rapidly for 6 to 8 minutes to cook well and looks like a soft and dough-like texture,
5. Drain and serve.
