|Cooked spaghetti||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Tomatoes||2 Large, chopped|
|Grated cheese||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Hot sauce||1 Dash|
Have ready cooked sufficient spaghetti for the number of people.
Fry 2 large onions until brown, then add 2 large tomatoes (chopped) and simmer with seasoning till cooked.
Put spaghetti in pan and mix well with the onions and tomatoes.
Put into pyrex dish in layers with grated cheese between each layer until dish is full.
Top with grated cheese dot with butter and brown under the grill.
Use plenty of cheese.
Marmite or a dash of hot sauce is an improvement, in which case use less salt, this can be served with fried brinjals.
