Ingredients
  Potatoes 3
  Carrots 3
  Parsnips 2
  Turnip 1
  Beetroot 1 , cooked
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Parsley 1 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1. In a pot of boiling water, add vegetables in the same order, turnip, potato, carrot and finally parsnip; allow the difference in cooking time so all the vegetables are cooked together.
2. Peel potatoes.

FINALISING
3. Mash all the vegetables along with butter.
4. Season with salt and add parsley.

SERVING
5. Serve hot welsh mash with stir fried French beans.
