Ingredients
  Tomatoes 2 Pound, peeled and chopped (900 Gram)
  Cucumber 1 , peeled and chopped
  Green pepper 1 , cored, seeded and chopped
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), chopped
  Water 250 Milliliter (1 Cup)
  Olive oil 5 Tablespoon
  Wine vinegar 125 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)
  Salt To Taste
  White bread slices 2 (Fresh)
Directions

Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl and either blend in a blender for a short period or rub through a fairly coarse sieve.
Serve chilled.
