This yummy Beet Borscht swept me off my feet, I bet it will do the same to you. Beet Borscht as a Side Dish never fails to impress. This Beet Borscht is surely going to make you famous amongst your friends once they taste it. Try it right away!
Ingredients
  Beetroot 2 Cup (32 tbs), cooked
  Honey 4 Teaspoon
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Lemon juice 4 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
Directions

GETTING READY
1. In a blender jar, put together all ingredients except butter and process until smooth.

MAKING
2. In a saucepan, pour the soup and bring it to a boil; reduce heat and simmer over heat for 20 minutes with occasional stirring.

SERVING
3. Ladle Beet Borscht in a bowl and serve with a dot of butter if hot.
4. Beet Borscht can also be served cold, if desired.
