Aioli One

Ingredients
  Egg yolk 1
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Garlic 3 Clove (15 gm), peeled
  Oil 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1.In a food processor add egg yolk, salt, mustard and garlic.
2.Blend well.
3.Add a few drops of oil and blend the mixture until smooth.

SERVING
4.Garnish with chopped parsley.
5.Serve with steamed or fried potatoes, pasta,boiled eggs or with chorizo sausage.
