Apple Peanut Crumble
|Cooking apples||5 , peeled, cored and sliced|
|Packed brown sugar||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|All purpose flour||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Quick-cooking rolled oats||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Ground cinnamon||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Freshly grated nutmeg||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Margarine/Butter||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) (At Room Temperature)|
|Peanut butter||2 Tablespoon|
1.In a bowl, put sugar, flour, oats, cinnamon and nutmeg and add margarine or butter, peanut butter with crumbled pastry and mix all well.
2.In a slow cooker, place apple and pour the bowl mixture.
3.Close the cokker and put it on LOW for 5-6 hrs.
4.Serve with ice cream or whipped cream.
