Teds Swiss Cheese Soup
|Chicken stock||10 Ounce|
|Cheese||8 Ounce (Kraft'S)|
|Swiss cheese||8 Ounce, shredded|
|White pepper||To Taste|
|Sauterne wine||10 Ounce|
1.In a saucepan, heat butter and add flour gradually to make a reddish brown cooked mixture.
2.Put chicken stock and milk in the pan and stir.
3.Once the ingredients boil, lower the flame and allow them to cook for 15 minutes.
4.Add cheese whiz and Swiss cheese and continue stirring.
5.After 5 minutes, put salt and pepper as per the taste.
6.Put sauterne and cook for a minute
7.Pour the soup in bowls and top with a tinge of Kirchwasser.
