Aioli Two

Ingredients
  Garlic 8 Clove (40 gm)
  Egg 1
  Parsley 1 Tablespoon, chopped
  Dry mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground pepper To Taste
  Olive oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Parsley sprigs 1
Directions

MAKING
1.In a food processor add garlic, parsley, eggs, mustard, salt, pepper and olive oil and blend them all well.
2.Add a splash of lemon juice to the mixture.

SERVING
3.Garnish with parsley sprigs.
4.Serve with fish fillets.
