1.Take a plastic bag and put chicken livers and flour in it and shake well.
2.In a pan, put oil and once heated add livers.
3.Once the livers are brown and crisp, add onion, garlic and paprika and cook for 2 minutes.
4.Put peppers and red wine in the pan and cook for 6-8 minutes.
5.When about to finish, put sliced mushroom.
6.Garnish with parsley and toss over noodles and serve.
