How To Cook Chicken Arroz Caldo (Pinoy Style)

Arroz Caldo is Filipino rice porridge. It's our comfort dish that most households make. Their are many different ways you can cook Arroz Caldo for taste. The small amount of ginger, salt and pepper for your taste buds. The rice which give it that rich hardy texture.
Ingredients
  Fresh ginger 1 Tablespoon
  Chicken breast/Chicken wings deboned 2 Pound, cut into thin strips
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Garlic pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Rice 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Directions

Add ingredients in small bowl mix well then add in pot. Let it cook over medium heat. once dish starts to boil bring lower heat. Stir occasionally. Cook dish until water has evaporated. Remove from heat serve dish.
