How to cook Chicken Adobo (Pinoy Style)

geneskitchen's picture
The Adobo reminded me of a southern smothered chicken. The black pepper, vinegar and soy sauce combined to create this kickin’ gravy that exploded in my mouth. Having the bed of rice underneath definitely balanced the dish. Dark meat is better to use in this dish to increase flavor
Ingredients
Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), chopped
  Ginger 1⁄2 , chopped
  Coconut vinegar 1⁄4 Tablespoon
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
