Yummy Apple Crumble

Ingredients
  Apples 6 Large, peeled, cubed
  Caster sugar 100 Gram
  Cinnamon stick/Ground cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
  Water 2 Tablespoon
For crumble topping
  Plain flour 300 Gram
  Unsalted butter 200 Gram, cubed
  Caster sugar 175 Gram
  Oats 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Nutmeg 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Custard powder 2 Tablespoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Preheat oven to 180*C.

MAKING
2. In a sauce pan, combine apples and water. Simmer for 10 minutes with half covered lid.
3. In a baking dish, pour this mixture.
4. For making the crumble topping – in a large bowl, combine flour and butter.
5. Add nutmeg, sugar, oats and custard powder and mix well.
6. Sprinkle this crumble topping on cooked apples.
7. Pop it into the oven for 40 minutes.

SERVING
8. Serve with custard.
