|Sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Butter||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), melted and cooled|
|All purpose flour||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
With rotary beater beat eggs with sugar till thoroughly mixed.
Blend in butter and vanilla.
Beat in flour till smooth.
Heat krumkake iron on medium-high heat.
Make one cookie at a time.
For 6-inch iron drop about 1/2 tablespoon batter on hot, ungreased iron; close gently (do not squeeze).
Bake over medium-high heat for 15 to 20 seconds or till a light golden brown.
Turn iron over; bake for 15 to 20 seconds more.
Loosen with knife and remove with spatula.
Immediately shape around a wooden or metal roller.
Reheat iron; repeat baking and shaping with remaining batter.
