Ingredients
  Flaked boiled finnan haddie 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Medium white sauce 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Minced parsley/Green pepper 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Buttered toast 6
Directions

1. Combine the fish, White Sauce and seasonings, heat thoroughly, but do not boil, in the upper part of a double boiler over boiling water.
