Black Russian Cake
|Chocolate cake mix||1|
|Instant pudding mix||3 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Kahlua||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Vodka||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Light cream||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
Mix together all ingredients and beat 6 minutes.
Pour into a bundt pan or two 9-inch round pans lined with flattened paper coffee filter.
Microwave 11 to 14 minutes in bundt pan or 6 1/2 minutes for round pans.
Turn one-quarter turn every 2 minutes.
Cool and frost with Black Russian Icing.
