Swiss Steak In Casserole

Ingredients
  Beef round steak 2 Pound
  Flour 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Oil 1 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 , sliced
  Tomato sauce 15 Ounce (1 Can)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Cut beef into serving pieces.
Dredge in seasoned flour and brown conventionally in salad oil.
Place in glass casserole.
Brown onion in oil and place on top of meat.
Add tomato sauce, salt and pepper.
Cover with plastic wrap.
Insert probe into liquid.
Cook on HIGH (9); HEAT & HOLD at 180°F for 2 hours or until meat is tender.
