Hors D Oeuvre Surprise

Ingredients
  Canned tuna 7 Ounce (1 Can)
  Cognac 2 Tablespoon
  Low calorie cream cheese 6 Ounce (2 Package)
  Hard cooked eggs 2
  Ground pepper To Taste
  Salt To Taste
  Unsalted shelled pistachio nuts 3 Tablespoon
  Canned beef consomme 10 1⁄2 Ounce, chilled until almost jelled
  Crackers/Vegetable sticks 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Place tuna, oil and Cognac in processor or blender and chop until tuna is well broken up.
Add remaining ingredients except consomme, crackers or vegetable sticks, one at a time, chopping until all ingredients are well mixed.
When nuts are well ground, spoon mixture into 2-cup serving bowl.
Smooth the surface.
Spread with partially jelled consomme and refrigerate until firm.
