Hors D Oeuvre Surprise
|Canned tuna||7 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Low calorie cream cheese||6 Ounce (2 Package)|
|Hard cooked eggs||2|
|Ground pepper||To Taste|
|Unsalted shelled pistachio nuts||3 Tablespoon|
|Canned beef consomme||10 1⁄2 Ounce, chilled until almost jelled|
|Crackers/Vegetable sticks||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Place tuna, oil and Cognac in processor or blender and chop until tuna is well broken up.
Add remaining ingredients except consomme, crackers or vegetable sticks, one at a time, chopping until all ingredients are well mixed.
When nuts are well ground, spoon mixture into 2-cup serving bowl.
Smooth the surface.
Spread with partially jelled consomme and refrigerate until firm.
