Apple And Orange Crumble
|Apples||3 , peeled, cored and sliced|
|Orange juice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Crumble||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Rolled oats||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Almonds||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped|
|Brown sugar||2 Teaspoon|
|Ground cinnamon||1 Teaspoon|
Put the apples in a pan with the orange juice and cook over low heat for 15 minutes.
Place into a cake pan or deep pie dish.
Preheat oven to 350°F.
To make the crumble, melt the butter in a saucepan and add the oats, almonds, sugar and cinnamon.
Sprinkle the crumble on top of the stewed apples and bake for 20 minutes or until the topping is brown.
