Swiss Cheese Vegetable Salad

Ingredients
  Canned garbanzo beans 8 Ounce, drained (1 Small Can)
  Canned red kidney beans 8 Ounce, drained (1 Small Can)
  Cauliflower head 1⁄2 , sliced 1/2 inch thick to make about 1 1/4 cups
  Zucchini 6 Ounce, sliced 1/8 inch thick (1 In Number)
  Mild red onion 1 Small, thinly sliced
  Jarlsberg cheese/Jack / swiss cheese 6 Ounce
Directions

In a bowl, mix garbanzo beans, kidney beans, cauliflower, zucchini, and onion.
Add Italian herb dressing and mix lightly.
Cover and refrigerate for 1 to 3 hours.
Cut cheese in matchstick-size pieces and mix into salad before serving.
