Swiss Cheese Vegetable Salad

|Canned garbanzo beans||8 Ounce, drained (1 Small Can)|
|Canned red kidney beans||8 Ounce, drained (1 Small Can)|
|Cauliflower head||1⁄2 , sliced 1/2 inch thick to make about 1 1/4 cups|
|Zucchini||6 Ounce, sliced 1/8 inch thick (1 In Number)|
|Mild red onion||1 Small, thinly sliced|
|Jarlsberg cheese/Jack / swiss cheese||6 Ounce|
In a bowl, mix garbanzo beans, kidney beans, cauliflower, zucchini, and onion.
Add Italian herb dressing and mix lightly.
Cover and refrigerate for 1 to 3 hours.
Cut cheese in matchstick-size pieces and mix into salad before serving.
