Swedish Cream Cookies
|Sifted all purpose flour||2 2⁄3 Cup (42.67 tbs)|
|Heavy cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Soft butter/Margarine||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Semisweet chocolate pieces||6 Ounce, melted over hot water (1 cup, 1 package)|
Mix first 4 ingredients thoroughly.
Roll out on sugared board to 1/8 inch thickness.
Cut with tiny fancy cutters.
Bake on greased cookie sheets in preheated moderate oven (350°F.) for about 8 minutes.
Put together with melted chocolate, putting a dot of the chocolate in the center of each.
