Ingredients
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Cooked beef roast 2 Cup (32 tbs), cut in 1/2 inch cubes
  Raw potato 2 Cup (32 tbs), cut into 1/2 inch cubes
  Finely diced onion 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Beef broth 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Melt butter in skillet; add remaining ingredients.
Mix well.
Cover; cook over low heat, stirring often, till potatoes are tender, about 15 minutes.
Uncover and cook 5 minutes more.
