Mustard Enhanced Tartar Sauce

Ingredients
  Mayonnaise 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Dill pickle relish 1 Tablespoon
  Dijon mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Horseradish 1 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Tabasco sauce To Taste
Directions

Whisk together all ingredients.
Serve immediately or refrigerate for 1 hour for better flavor.
Best with chicken but also nice as a garnish for steamed asparagus, broccoli or cauliflower.
