Stroganoff Beef Burger
|Ground beef||1 1⁄2 Pound|
|Bacon slices||3 , diced|
|Chopped onions||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Enriched flour||1 1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|Condensed cream of mushroom soup||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Dairy sour cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Hamburger buns||10 , split and toasted|
Brown ground beef and bacon.
Add onion; cook until tender but not brown.
Drain off the excess fat.
Blend flour and seasonings into meat mixture.
Stir in soup.
Cook slowly uncovered, 20 minutes, stirring frequently.
Stir in sour cream and heat through.
Serve in toasted buns or over hot toast points.
