Swiss Spinach Salad

Ingredients
  Spinach 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Lettuce 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Swiss cheese 8 Ounce, cut into thin strips
  Hard cooked eggs 3 , cut into wedges
  Cucumber 1⁄2 Medium, sliced
  Green onion 2 Tablespoon, chopped
  Salad dressing/Mayonnaise 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Honey 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Caraway seed 1 Teaspoon
  Oranges 2 Large, peeled and sliced
Directions

In salad bowl arrange spinach, lettuce, Swiss cheese, hard-cooked eggs, cucumber, and green onion.
Combine salad dressing or mayonnaise, honey, lemon juice, and caraway seed.
Pour over salad.
Toss lightly to coat.
Garnish with orange slices.
