Dutch Prune Cake
|Prepared biscuit mix||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Ground cinnamon||1 Teaspoon|
|Prune liquid||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Pitted cooked prunes||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Mix biscuit mix with 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon; add liquid and beaten egg to make a soft dough.
Spread dough in greased 1 1/2 -quart round baking pan; arrange prunes over top and sprinkle with sugar and a little cinnamon.
Bake in preheated hot oven (400°F.) for about 30 minutes.
